Check-in time is 12:00 PM (12 hrs) and check-out time is 12:00 PM (12 hrs). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.
3. Identification Requirement
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
4. Damages and Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or amenities during their stay.
5. Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, loud music, and any behavior that disturbs other guests or wildlife are strictly prohibited on the resort premises.
6. Food and Beverages
Outside food and alcohol are allowed. Guests may also enjoy meals as per the selected package offered by the resort.
7. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed on the resort premises unless otherwise specified.
